Location is perfect, close to the split but not too close. Just a short walk to restaurant and shops. Everything was very clean and the room service excellent. Also the hotel is very helpful with organizing the transport from Belize City airport all the way to the hotel. I would recommend to purchase the tickets for the water taxi through them. Caye Caulker is such a quaint, authentic, island and Jan's Hotel gave our vacation a touch of island luxury! The rooms were beautiful, well kept, and the staff is wonderful. It gave us a clean, comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day to cool down and re-charge.

You wont be disappointed
The room was inviting as you enter, clean, spacious and bright, comfortable bed with lovely white sheets. They have an iron and ironing board too. AC working fine. Near the split. They have bicycles which you could use. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Ok hotel. The furniture and amenities gave it a pretty basic and rustic feeling. The room was spacious, and the bed was nice. We could borrow a kayak from the hotel, and it was nice to go along the coast of the island. It is not possible to swim outside the hotel, but this seems to be the case on most of Caye Caulker. The staff arranged both pick-up and drop-off at the water taxi terminal.

I can’t imagine finding a better place than Jan’s Hotel on the island.The hotel is on the main strip right where you want to be. Definitely one of the nicest and newest places on the main road. The only reason I would stay somewhere else is this place had no vacancy or I wanted to rent a house and maybe have more seclusion.
Once I booked, I received an email immediately asking if I’d like the hotel to arrange transportation from the airport in Belize City to the hotel. I said yes and I’m so thankful I did. It made the whole experience of getting there very pleasant. The staff at Jan’s is unbelievably accommodating. The owner was there at the property and was just a nice and friendly as the staff.
